So I am looking to upgrade both of my return pumps and wanted to see what everyone else was using. The first pump to be upgraded is the main return from my sump to DT. Display size is 75 gallons. Sump is located in the stand, so head height is only about 48". Looking for medium flow out of that. It doesn't run anything else (reactors or stuff). Currently on there is an OLD mag 9.5

Second pump to be replaced is the return for my frag tank. Head height is 40". Tank is a 20 gallon. Again, nothing special plumbed into that pump either.

I have heard the Eheim is the pump to go with, the price point is just a little high. Let me know what you guys are using!
